I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much out of this book, I saw a warning for graphic content and it had pretty decent raitings so I figured what the hell. Long story short this book is lacking on every regard, it reads as though it’s a c graded high school writing assignment. There was little discernable plot, just attractive people having sex and random violence. And don’t get me wrong I love reading about sex and violence as much as any red blooded American, but the poor writing quality and lack of plot made this book a complete snooze fest. I will not be reading anything from J.J. McAvoy in the future unless I’m dealing with a case of chronic insomnia.
P.S. The narration was horrendous; and his Irish accents were bordering on offensive.
