I don’t write reviews often, but feel compelled to do so here as I hope that you will fall in love with this book and it’s characters, as I have.
This book makes me want to write letters again. It is such a beautifully woven story of so many endearing characters, with all of their charm and shortcomings. It is such a wonderful escape from todays turbulent climate to listen to these narrators who do the book justice.
It took me a few chapters/ letters to really get into it, but then I just couldn’t stop listening. It grips you in a very tender way.
Highly recommend.
