Franklin Horton books… I stumbled on the Borrowed World series with a recent Daily Deal Audible had. I listened on a whim. sometimes Pist-Apocalyptic books can get a bit depressing. This series doesn’t hold punches but portrays real possible scenarios in a manner that the reader can see themselves living through.
It opened my eyes to real world eventualities that one should prepare for.
Also, Franklin does a great job of character building. As a reader, your drawn into wondering what’s next up for those crazy end-of-the-world-ers!
Prior to even reading book one, I bought a gas powered generator … Just in case…. after reading book one I was like… well, crap… didn’t think about there being an issue obtaining gas. now I also have a solar powered generator.
