Wow, if you like for a book to be good for 1/3 of it’s length, this is the book for you. major repetition for thickness, which may work in paper form but man, when you give something 9 hours of your time to listen, you don’t wanna hear the same thing over and over. I found it irritating that he did a lot of double talk and the bias for the state is overwhelming. Again, for a little while he did okay to temper this, but man does it come out thick once he lets go.
let me just say this, anyone that thought Trooper Paul was good at his job, and actually had something negative to say about ARCCA, simply should not say it out loud. I have worked with the guys from ARCCA on a case and they are the real deal. if they say it could not happen….it could not happen. Trooper Paul should be writing parking tickets and I say that honestly with the fear he showed in court, I would worry about a trooper on the road with that anxiety.
