First review ever – it’s THAT good! Beautifully written. I love how the story unfolds one letter at a time. The characters are so complex, even though we only get to hear their voice through their correspondence and their stories. Also, from an audiobook perspective, the characters are so well cast! Their voices are perfect, and their reading is so well paced and acted! An absolutely beautiful, amazing book! I actually think it probably is best in an audiobook! (though I haven’t read the hard copy myself)
