Come on, its all incredible. I’m not saying its gold standard of Litrpg. I think the genre can take a lot of different forms and variety is the spice of life no? But seriously, its amazing. Solid story writing that doesn’t shirk its duty to the reader. The potential for a lovable character to die feels like whatever just below inevitable is. The unflinching look at consumerism and the obsessive nature of greed is such a valuable theme to interject into a story like this. Those themes are buried in the humor and the level ups which make them feel overarching and omnipotent. Anyway, the books great so no worries. And anyway you’ve already listened to six books in the series, what’s one more?
