Performance was good, it’d listen to these two again. But the story started out good, but dragged on. Not much spice until the end, the FMC gets annoying and is kind of dumb. I spent most of the book muttering “it’s him, at least suspect him dummy.”

The story wasn’t all that exciting or dark or spicy. It was just underwhelming, it was an easy read but I’m not in love with either of these characters or their journeys.

The two books are really just one. For all that is drawn out, not a lot happens. The end of the two book series is anticlimactic, as it is heavily foreshadowed. Book 1 was fine The narration was fine. The story was terrible Dnf’ed at 50%

the main character is a huge crybaby who can’t stand her own two feet. her friends are strong women but her herself is helpless. she also can’t touch a man without needing him to take her virginity. beginning of the story was good until she got taken prisoner then turned into a bondage fetish.

There may be some differences and less “dominant/submissive” material, but this screams 50 shades clone. I am not a fan

Okay, so we’re not going to talk about how he not only ordered a medical professional to swap her birth control shot for saline, but didn’t tell her after everything when she came back? Screw this guy, and that doctor because what the hell??? this story sucks

Worse than a 14yo watt pad stories smh. I spent $4 on it and even that was to much for this!

This is my first dark stalker book and honestly I think my last. This book was so cringe to me, the cheesy lines, the overall story and the narrator. I had never fast forwarded a book so fast.
