Ngl, I listened to this a x3 speed and fell asleep for like 10 minutes while it was playing and didn’t feel the need to go back.I wanted to know how the story ended, but I felt very ambivalent towards the book as a whole.

This is just lights out from wish. The male mc feels like hes based off of shadow the hedgehog. If shadow wad an absolute creep. The dialouge is some the worst of ive ever listened to. And the Male reader does a super weird thing with his voice that makes him sound like a 1980s..

I’ll be reading this instead, I’m only 4 chapters in and I do like the story so far. But I don’t understand the point of casting male and female narrators, only to have them read both male and female parts anyway. I find it super distracting and annoying. Takes so much away from the story..
