It was good but not satisfying

Review from A Captive Situation →

The plot at first was good then it felt like it went down hill with the last results and it feels like it was left unfinished. Idk it’s missing something and I’m thinking the author should rewrite the ending. Yes the HEA is good but something is missing. A cop getting out of the mafia..

the voice acting

Review from Once You’re Mine →

the story is pretty good, but the voices and reading was not really good. first of all the female reader keeps pausing uncomfortably after each sentence. the male reader didn’t pause between each sentence, but he tried for a husky sexy voice, but it feels to forces and bland.

Loved the story and the narrators

Review from King of Omen →

I really enjoyed this book. I liked both main characters and the details included in the story. The narrators were great. I particularly liked the slower pace of the male narrator, and found that made the audio much more enjoyable. Looking forward to the second book.

I love this series I can definitely recommend it to everyone that loves an romantasy with pirates. So good. I love the pace of the book and the characters. I can’t wait to read/listen to the last book. The narrator’s did a wonderful job in bring the story and characters to life.

Unique story

Review from Once You’re Mine →

I enjoyed the story a lot. The male voice was slightly annoying to me at times, but I got over it because the story was so good! This was my first time listening to an audiobook and I recommend this 100%

Emotionally engaging

Review from The Side Project →

The narrators? Chef’s kiss. Emotionally engaging, perfectly delivered, and totally nailed the tone. The Side Project by Laurel Osterkamp gave me all the feels — sweet, emotional, funny, and just the right touch of angst to keep me fully hooked. Rylee’s already a successful romance author (under a pen name 👀), but she decides to..
