I very much liked this Holmes narrative and is probably one of my favorite Sherlock Holmes stories it has incredible characters as I love mr Rafferty and wish he was in more of these stories and has everything you want in a good story excitement,action,upsand downs and all around and recommend if you love Holmes..

I like the way Watson tells part then the characters come alive and do their parts. The narrator is excellent at handling the wide array of voices and accents. A very clever production. I am going to find another I hope.

I was really into the story at first, but Sherlock Holmes was unforgivably out of character a few times. Yes, he can be cold and calculating, but he’s never cruel. Great story for the Sherlock fan; mystery, murder, conspiracies, as well as many of Holmes’ famous ‘isms. one major draw back is the constant back an forth between “from the journal” to the present, lent to some confusion for me personally. But over all a great story.
