Ms. Langlais’ stories are always enthralling, and this one is no exception. The snarkiness of the Assasin is right on point and snort-worthy. The emotions felt real and added to the storyline. Definately worth the listen.

Excellent story and the talented narrators put this book, parts 1 and 2 at the top of my favorites list!

Book 1 in the series can’t wait for book 2. Recommend to all romance action readers.

there’s much worse ways to spend 7.5 hours, but there’s also much better if you’re looking for Sapphic fantasy

I think I could’ve liked this series more if it had not felt so rushed. I heard great things about riches to riches both book 1 and 2 and I was so excited. All relationships developed wayyy to fast and the actual plot of the book seemed vague at best. The narrators were great though…
