I would recommend this audio book to anyone who was raised with a narcissistic mother. This book is a great resource for beginning your new journey to overcome negativity.

This is not a book that works as an audiobook. I thought this would discuss techniques but this was more of a breakdown by card or different meanings. I have to buy this in paperback version for this to be of real assistance.

loved the explanation of the tarot cards and subjects as in love,careeer/finances and stuff as such.I really enjoyed it and was very happy to get more than just word meanings of cards.

This book is a concise yet effective tool for overcoming the trauma of growing up with a Narc mother. It teaches us how is effects the relationships we choose later in life and how to healthily move on. Pretty good.
