Great book with an amazing twist. This story does not draw any punches. It is emotionally devastating, and that’s why I recommend it

First book I’ve taken time to truly listen to. Amazing everything; storytelling, plot, characters, everything.

so I was already annoyed with the last book because we got set up for this epic adventure and then it seems like he got lost on a side quest and then another side quest before finishing the first side quest.then this book comes out and the ending of the last one had us primed..

stroy didn’t go anywhere. talked to much about nothing, thinking the story would start going some where and then he gets stuck with something else.

i waited months to read this book. read the ones before back to back. cant wait till September for the next book.

The classes and powers and system is just so stupid and far fetched. The character names are pointlessly confusing. The drama is lame and sleepy. I give up at chapter 70 something. I don’t get why this went on so long.

This was a solid entry in one of my favorite series and I will be getting the next. That said, I think this and the previous one have really felt like a overextended side quest. The Draven’s Reach arc has gone on too long, I no longer remember any of the other side characters or..

I loathe the phrase now “sucked her/his cheeks in”. like over and over and over. of the 100s of expressions how is it this one is so OVERLY used?!
