I appreciate the additional storyline to be joined in the next few books. However, I think it would have been better if it got back to the main characters sooner than the last chapter.

simple, unrealistic, unimaginative. because of the 15-word minimum I would have to say I wouldn’t recommend or suggest this book to anybody who isn’t five or six years old.
I chose this title mainly due to the length of the listen (good use of a credit) and the subject matter. Typically I go for more of the ‘realistic’ style dystopian reads (EMP, gov collapse, etc.) but do enjoy the occasional virus or zombie series. At first, I wasn’t sure I would like it but..
Plodding, predictable and reminiscence of something written by a junior in high school. The only reason I bothered finishing listening to it is. It’s too much hassle to return a title.
can only listen to a few minutes and returned for credit. the reader provides audio as a bunch of whiners, not good.
Lack of characterization. Jumps straight into the action without any real buildup. And a so-called special agent who is just a damsel in distress.
This was engaging from start to finish. At first it read as a YA fantasy, and I am so glad it did because it gave such depth to the family as a whole when it pivoted to an Epic family warrior tale.
the sword of kaigen is beautiful. powerfully written, this story will bring you to the depths of human emotion. a true experience
