Review from The Sword of Kaigen: A Theonite War Story →
Decent enough story but characters aren’t very well drawn, dialogue is pretty basic. Solid enough story though, even if the magic etc is pretty derivative.
the story is very well written and thought out. For me, it feels like the author might be writing under a different name and is actually a veteran author, the writing is THAT good! The main character is very well written, to the point where you will go through a phase of liking the main..
Received as an audio review copy from the author, this is an honest review. Narrated beautifully by Andrew Tell, The Foundry is a poignant and profound adventure as in this future humanity has ruined its precious home, leaving them in the most desperate need of hope. And the mysterious Foundry may have it. For five..
I know it’s just a story but come on! I feel like if you want to write in this genre the author would have put in a little more effort to understand. This is a depiction of the most unprepared beta Navy SEAL I have ever seen in a story. The hero of the story..
I won’t put any spoilers in here so it’s safe to read this. This is a decent series, but it will cost pretty close to $100.00 to read (listen) to it all. If you are familiar with this genre, then it may or may not be worth it to you. The core story is good..
if you like MMORPG this is a natural book for you. the author weaves a good story into the auspices of a massive online game
I had. just finished another EMP series. This one was completely different. I really enjoyed the series with the highs and lows. I had times cheers and tears. This is definitely a good series to read or listen to the Audible.
Beautiful and heartbreaking. This takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions. A wonderful listen for even those who don’t run.
Review from The Surprise →
This series has thrown a lot of loveable curve balls, but The Surprise was definitely that! Tense, tragic, and heartwarming, I loved how different Ethan and Beth’s story is compared to previous characters.
