The book starts a bit slowly, following multiple different characters. What starts as cliche character really opens up as a very character rich as you get further along in the book. the book was really good, I like that fact that Michael has gotten more powerful and has learned more about the powers but is nerve-racking as to what can happen to him now with his power and all has knowledge.

This is not a particularly well written story. The dialogue is unbelievable, the interpersonal relationships between characters are not believable and doesn’t feel organic. I chose this story for its length, it’s becoming a chore.

very irritating character. waffles back and forth and can’t seem to understand anything he is told even seconds after it’s said making everything need to be repeated. makes it seem like the author thinks we are stupid. vocal performance is excellent.
This book had everything that a good science-fiction story needs. Moments of suspense that kept you on the edge of your seat, mixed with moments of pure laughter while reliving your awkward teenage years.
