This is the first time reading this author. I REALLY disliked this book. Had a hard time getting through it but I listened to the end. Elementary and cheesy dialogue. The story was also so boring and uninteresting. I thought it might be written for a middle schooler or something. I won’t read another book..

This book starts to show the true threats the MC will face. It shows the negligence of the powers. The MC also develops much needed companions. And it makes some progress on some objectives. The MC grows exponentially in strength and we start to see some headway.
