I had. just finished another EMP series. This one was completely different. I really enjoyed the series with the highs and lows. I had times cheers and tears. This is definitely a good series to read or listen to the Audible.
Beautiful and heartbreaking. This takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions. A wonderful listen for even those who don’t run.

This series has thrown a lot of loveable curve balls, but The Surprise was definitely that! Tense, tragic, and heartwarming, I loved how different Ethan and Beth’s story is compared to previous characters.
This is great series and really good easy to listen too. You should definitely get it.
This is a great, thought provoking book. I listened on a recommendation from a friend and now I can’t wait to discuss it. I look forward to getting to see more of this universe!

I enjoyed listening to this story, and I am definitely interested in a continuation of it. I want to see what happens with these characters, they’re very engaging. Also, retribution.
Nothing to see here. How does a state-of-the-art hospital continue to function for two weeks or more after a national EMP attack… without power, air conditioning and heat, water, security?? The premise for this story is unfounded. I was looking for something from which I could glean a some additional perspective on the possible repercussions..

to the author please , please never write another book involving military characters. Never mind battle field veterans. your portrayal is just insulting.
