This is my all time favorite LitRPG series. I highly recommend this series 👌
Excellent!
Review from House Wolf →
loved the story, the narration felt a little off when he said Asian words but overall is really good. I hope one day there is a book following robin journey.
This story is a bit confused on what it wants to be and who it wants for reader/listener. The viewpoint characters’ narratives run at different speeds, sometimes creating abrupt tonal changes or breaks in the narrative. The genre is fuzzy as well. Clear cultural inspiration is derived from WWII Japan, but it seems determined to..
There’s multiple reasons for me to rate Zero Hour favorably. Spencer and Finn make a good team and I enjoyed their relationship and interplay immediately. The author gives just enough details, and doesn’t get bogged down. The dialogue is believable and profanity isn’t overused, I mean Spencer IS a sailor. On that note, I enjoyed..
This series had been $$$ since I started it. I look forward to every upcoming new book I the series and hate when I’m done with a book knowing the wait is now upon me. Get it!
I think that this is a nice way to start a new series in the apocalypse genre. plenty of action and human decency from the main character. this is my first book from this author so a few things seem familiar from other apocalyptic stories but it was not distracting.
It was nice to hear some of the psychological damage done by massive system, integration earth happening. Niles gets more entertaining the longer that you listen to and overall this was just entertaining and it really made you think about a lot of what the survivors were going through.
I loved this book, Just a warning that book 6 thru the rest of the series is a credit for each book. The following books are about 4 hours long.
Combine the melodrama with too many “perils of Pauline” and the narrator who comes across with a “gee whiz” kind of performance, I’m afraid I have to give up on this outhor.
Easy to listen to. No infuriating villains that can’t seem to get dead fast enough. MC is practical and has common sense. No harrem BS. Generally speaking, the story is a very good listen that has a good pace and has few frustrations.
