I was not expecting this to be as well written as it is. Shirtaloon has a run for their money here! PS: that’s a great series, too! The writing is excellent, the characters stay in character, and the challenges are well crafted. Great job keeping track of the details, too. They really add a “life”..
Slow at times but overall a captivating good story. You come to really love the characters by the end.
excellent narration, light on survivalist info, heavy on natural herbal medicine. sprinkle in an evolving love story, lots of bad guys and you have the idea. enjoyable listen. Recommend.

A beautiful story set in an intriguing universe. The emotional rollercoaster and character developments are superb. Unfortunately I found Andrew Tell’s narration to be a bit annoying at times – overly inflected and hence in the end distracting from the emotion that it so hard tried to convey

This is the most amazing story of strength and courage I have read in awhile. It should be made into a movie.
The characters are not funny. the MC is a classically willful ignorant. More dialog than description. I wish it was not recommended on Reddit. I would not be hoping for it to catch up otherwise. Audio is not easy to follow with one reader and back and forth Male/Female dialog having four characters. At least..
narrator was weak and didn’t put any excitement into the story line, occurance or character sthe storyline is not much of one, glad it was the 4 books for 1 credit.boring chapters one after anothernot going to this author again any time soon

it is such a shame. This story had/has such potential. Character development is almost nonexistent. Where was the editor during all of this?I think this would make a better animation 🤔 like anime.
