the author did a great job in describing exactly how a collapse in our electronic infrastructure would completely cripple and change our country immediately.

This was a great series and was made out to be so lifelike. I would have liked to have one more book with them arriving home and to see if Ben and Sandy stayed together.

Can’t wait for book 4! Great storyline! Great narration! Looking forward to the continuation of the story.

Great characters and a different take on disaster and what fallows. Really enjoyed the series from start to finish. There was never any filler or fluff. Just a solid story and listen.

Guns, guns, more guns all about guns and then shooting cats with guns. I got through the first 5 books but it got too much when the author went into shooting stray cats. At that point, I was done.

Supreme letdown. Do not listen to those that try to claim this is one of the best of all time. Some great writing and emotional parts, but rudderless. I recommend reading so that you can remove it from your TBR.

a great story though a bit “vanilla” for my taste , I would have enjoyed closure on the crow!

could be more story lines… what was happening on the boat while the main character was looking for his girlfriend…

This was a really fun and engaging story. I never wanted to stop listening because every chapter ended with me wanting more. It’s fairly predictable, but listening to the characters deal with their circumstances was incredibly engaging. Also, the lack of foul language or sexual references was a breath of fresh air.

I like the plot that’s why I listened to all three books. But there were definitely times where I had to stop myself from hitting stop and switching to something else altogether.The character , supposedly a Coast Guard member, has the survival skilsl of an earthworm. Makes the same mistake over and over multiple times..
