The story is fun and relaxing. I find it a cozy read as the plot doesn’t take itself too seriously.

While the narration is a little dry, though not bad, the stories spoken are interesting and dare-I-say humorous. While the Greeks had Zeus’s infidelity, which there is no lack of with Norse Gods as well, the Vikings had Loki’s boredom. Truly wish we learned more about them in school. A good introduction for those interested..

way to much internal monolog, story is ok but wow half the books are them monologing in there head. we get it we aren’t stupid. good work fir a freshman in high school but not for me. 3 hours in and I’m falling asleep.

the premise and initial story are really good. about half way through the book you learn everyone on earth is seemingly unable to figure the system out fully. realism was gone and it turns into an author’s personal over powered fantasy. the main character cries on the flip of a coin yet also shows signs..

So I’m not sure what everyone is talking about but this was a solid LiTRPG fantasy apocalypse book. The MC has some trauma from experiences of the beginning of the book. The only thing I would’ve suggested is a little bit more in those first three days and it keeps talking about, but doesn’t say..
I’ve never listened to a book where I wished the main character got killed off after the 3rd chapter, absolute waste,
Very enjoyable story. A few flaws with the character’s emotional personality that didn’t seem like they fit the story other than to make 1 attack have more damage. Glad I didn’t turn away because some of the overblown negative reviews.
