This was a fantastic story. I am a runner, but I don’t think you need to be a runner to enjoy the story. In a sadly beautiful way it is very relevant to our times. It’s poignant and fun and inspiring. I truly enjoyed it.

The book started okay but the author must have some issue with medication as it’s like every 5 seconds there is some comment about pain medication like even otc stuff like Tylenol and ibuprofen and it’s just redundant. I get it you don’t like pills but this could be the end of the known civilization..
