This series is very good. I binged the entire thing on audible while working. I totally recommend this series.
Overall, the whole series was easy to listen to and enjoyable but as the series wound down, the characters repeated self induced stumbles and idiotic decisions made the story bog down. The book is very engaging. By the end of the first chapter, you’re already involved and engaged in what is going on. I’m on book 5 and can’t wait to start. Book 6 will be sad to see it end.

Once again Tom Eliot has delivered a pure fantasy story, no real world drama no politics of any kind absolutely nothing to distract you from the world he has built.
I really enjoyed Blood over bright haven by Wang, and this one didn’t disappoint. Great storyteller.
