The premise was good, and so is the narration, but the story is so unrealistic. Only took 15 books to mansplainer Ben to get his kids home. Good lord if I had to listen much longer to him waffle back and forth about every single thing that happened I would’ve driven him off the road myself
It was kind of hard to get through and lost it’s way a bit but overall the ending was a nice bow to sum up motherhood. I really felt seen and heard
Good story pretty action packed but the main character is always getting beat up. For a supposed tough guy he gets beat up by everyone and always falls for every trap it’s annoying. Other than that good series
