The story concept was very interesting, but the actual implementation of the story rapidly went straining. Main character can be likend to sweet and sour pork. Delicious at first but mediocre as you eat more. The only real character development is through their stats increasing. The humor is largely limited to banter between the party..
The book starts off very well…. After Mimoru dies halfway through the damn book the rest of the story is complete TRASH!!! Why the hell would you kill off the better m/c arc only to ramble on for damn near 12 more hrs!!! And he had the better arc…. So damn frustrating!! I really hope..

Seriously, this series is funny, has great pacing and doesn’t have to sacrifice the story to achieve either of these. The storyline is good . I did return this book without finishing it . I found it too wordy , every detail ,every action and too much of what the characters say is explained . I don’t know how old this author is but the writing passes for a high school student .
