This book must have been written by a 13 year old girl. Things don’t make any sense in this book and it’s so long and lame. No action really and details is so intricate one minute and so vague the next.
Hack has everything I want on a long-distance drive: well-developed characters, lots of action and a plot that is complex enough to be interesting but not so convoluted that I need to rewind to understand a plot point. The narrator’s tonal inflections were annoying and whiny.The story while ok, wasn’t plausible let alone some of the actions of some of the main characters were logical. For example, you’d think a still fit for duty former Navy Seal would be more of a handful for the aggressors. Sorry, I just didn’t like it.
