The first one was funny. This one, the main character was a Mary Sue — so over-powered it wad just annoying. Also the story went from having a single character romance, which happened to be gay but so what, to EveryCharacterIsGayAndObsessedWithIt relationship crap. Not my jam.
It’s a well balanced book and the series is a case study and how to write an LGBQ 3 without hitting people over the head with it it gives the nice bounce of a letting us know these part of the characters and their relationships Is ramming down our throats and not taking away from..
Yet in the vein of another stupid trilogy this story turns the genre on its side and shakes it for everything it’s worth it’s a good rump that respects The genre Is Give a twist of a sense of humor and pokes fun hide everything Just the right way

The dystopian genre has a new hero. This book was very good. The story is great and kept me entertained, the narration was outstanding. It’s a great listen.
