its a good book and good start to a series but people are right like why is everything in the book super gay lol like everything

honestly it’s an ok series but Charlotte’s cluelessness drove me nuts and annie was doing good for awhile listening to her gut but still made some seriously STUPID choices that got her into more trouble than they were already in… common sense is definitely NOT a common thing anymore ??

I love Bodhi’s kindness and philosophy. Nice contrast and balance to the expected mayhem in mysteries.

This story is stereotypical of the genre. It’s not very imaginative. And there’s not enough attention paid to detail. I especially don’t like the ending, the epilog to be specific. The story could have ended quite nicely with the last chapter, omitting the epilog altogether. Andrew Tell’s narration is quite acceptable. His character voices suit..

I had a really hard time distinguishing characters by their voices. The read wasn’t bad at all, but a female reader probably would have been better.

Loved this book and everything it does. Great characters, great twists, emotionally thrilling. This fantasmical world of ice, wind and fire tells a story about a boy coming into his own and a mother finding herself and her voice again. Epic fight scene! Dope abilities!
