This book was hilarious, fun, and awesome! It was a great adventure with lots of jokes and puns, and I loved the characters. Going right now to get the second book.

The story was good, enough twists to keep me interested. But there was too much time spent on the relationships. The relationship between Jack and Alice was tedious and juvenile. I nearly stopped listening more than once because she of the time spent on that.
Loved it, would definitely recommend. Would be great if there was a second book about the orphan girl.
don’t know if it was the extreme attention to the mundane details or the sleepy delivery by the narrator but I could not even finish book 2.
if your looking for a book where all the MCs are gay, then this is for you…if your looking for a good story, that isn’t pandering drivel….well you may want to pass
Daniel McCoy did a wonderful job at describing the Norse mythology without bias, or in recognition of bias at the time of it documentation. Andrew Tell was great at maintaining the feeling of historical significance by not taking creative liberty in dialogue. Andrew’s voice was also clear and crisp and his pronunciations were exact.
