I liked this book. Although after awhile it became predictable and repetitive. It is a fitting story for the unpredictable times of 2020, 2021 and beyond.

a good teen read. didn’t develop characters well. not recommended. poor guy gets rich girl.

This is my personal best read of the year. Definitely going to follow the works of M.L WANG from now on

My only complaint would be some of the very off pronunciation. If your interested in Japanese based fiction like the Tales of the Otori this book is for you.

Love this book. Author dealt with the SNAFUs at the beginning of WWII very well. Punish the innocent, praise the bad leaders and pin metals on the un involved.. Also liked the handling of the huge ego and touched on MacArthur brilliance. Need the rest of this Grasso series to come out in Audible!

This author says both “had went” and “from whence it came” on multiple occasions. Where are the editors???

Kept me wanting to listen till the end. Love the sense of humor. Good read!

Has to be the weakest group of people I’ve ever heard about in a story no back bone they act like a bunch of Yankees even though they come from Texas and Mexico
