lots of humor. The MC has an epic life quest to buy a loaf of bread. She joins an adventure group while she thinks about her quest. characters had good development.stats was minor.no foul language. no gory scenes.
This book was poetry in motion. The author and narrator working together making a harmonious roller coaster ride of emotion that resonated inside of me. I wish there was more because there is so much story left to tell so we can find out what the future holds for these people. Amazing.

I’ve only left a bad book review twice in my life. This is number two.Very poor character development. No likeable characters. Way too much menutia details make the story very, very slow! The storyline it self is very boring.

I strained to finish it. I so wanted it to get better. I suppose it was meant to be a humorous satire of sorts? I am confused. It just fell flat on so many levels. With covid my sense of smell has gone. Maybe it took my sense of humor with it as well.
I’ve always had interest in EMP based stories and this one had promise. However it’s not particularly well written and the characters are under developed to the point of coming across as immature and/or down right stupid. I hate giving negative reviews, but this series was a struggle to finish. The main character Megan, is the absolute last person anyone would want to survive the apocalypse with.
