great story, excellent narration and solid plot. plenty of twists and turns. you can tell the difference between writers by the amount of drama laid out. favorite genre out of all. realistic and no zombies!

Unrealistic view of marksmanship and some highly unlikely characters in the remote location. unrealistic expectations for how many survivors in the towns after so long. Better than most in the genre though. Good character development.
