This first in the series has me ready to go to the next book. Fast paced edge of your seat post apoc story. Very realistic. The characters having to fight there way home after the grid goes down . Starting book 2 immediately. Excellent exciting and scary story. The author has my attention.

Please give this book a chance. This book is a excellent book for a litrpg beginner or a seasoned vet of the genre. I have throughly enjoyed this book and and excited for more!
The story concept was very interesting, but the actual implementation of the story rapidly went straining. Main character can be likend to sweet and sour pork. Delicious at first but mediocre as you eat more. The only real character development is through their stats increasing. The humor is largely limited to banter between the party..
The book starts off very well…. After Mimoru dies halfway through the damn book the rest of the story is complete TRASH!!! Why the hell would you kill off the better m/c arc only to ramble on for damn near 12 more hrs!!! And he had the better arc…. So damn frustrating!! I really hope..

Seriously, this series is funny, has great pacing and doesn’t have to sacrifice the story to achieve either of these. From my experience, three books in is where lots of writers or narrator’s start to get lazy, not the case with This Guild is Batty! I am really looking forward to watching the characters continue..

The storyline is good . I did return this book without finishing it . I found it too wordy , every detail ,every action and too much of what the characters say is explained . I don’t know how old this author is but the writing passes for a high school student .
