I enjoyed this tale and am looking forward to the next installment. The narrator was easy to listen to and did a great job. I would recommend this to anyone that likes litrpgs.
Worth it

This book was a nice surprise, very well thought out and not over the top. Looking forward to the next book! Andrew narrates the book flawlessly!
Occasionally, I like a book where I can just take my brain out and laugh, this is one of those books. The writer is great at the “cheeky”, “pun” and “groaner” humor along with some good old fashion banter. I found the world created to be quirky and fun. If you like a D&D world..
This book will get your hopes up for a good series. If you read them all you will be disappointed. Better not even to start. The books just go downhill from here. What a waste of a good premise.
let me start by saying I need more please let me know soon eagerly awaiting. I wish video games but you multi-class in this fashion it would make for an interesting experience
This is a really good beginning to the series. I’m really excited for the possibilities moving forward which, imo, is all you can hope for with the first book of the series. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase
Truthfully, this book is one of the best I’ve read all yr. The MC is likable and sensible. The magic system is pretty open-ended, and leaves a ton of room for “the players” to develop unique and powerful abilities. The story is well-written, it is similar in some ways to other books in the genre..
I like it, but as it has been stated some of the introspection drags on and seems misplaced, unless you were going for overthinking MC
