This book was amazing! The character development was phenomenal. I felt fully invested for the entirety of the story. As for the narration I had to up the speed, but thats normal for me. Otherwise outstanding ? ?

Fantastic plot, great magic system, incredible characters, great character growth, not a predictable storyline. He showed me an amazing world while focusing on a single village. The story stands by itself but could be a great beginning to a epic tale. Well done!
