I cannot stand the word, “plunty”, I don’t know if the narrator is just reading it that way or the author wrote it that way but it is my only complaint about this series.

The characters and storyline was excellent. At times, the descriptive details were a little too lengthy and not necessary, but overall, I couldn’t stop listening.
The story wasn’t anything complicated or extensive, which isn’t a bad thing if your looking for a short simple storyline. the monologing was extensive though, after a time I found myself skipping ahead anytime the characters monologs lasted too long or they were a repetition of events that happened literally minutes ago.
This series has had me drawn in since the start of book 1. I love that the little kids are starting to participate in the story rather than just being spoke about. We’re given more characters to become invested in and more animals. I am immediately starting book 7 because I cannot get enough.
Good series, worth the time! As a truck driver it passed the time perfectly! Good book series to listen to!

I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook in some parts. It is slow though, but the characters are very interesting. Some of them. I don’t like too well but the story overall is really well. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
