The story line was decent, the characters believable for LA. The second half of the book was just so-so. the plot was predictable. The narrator had a little Canadian accent that made it hard to believe with the setting in Los Angeles.

This is a great read. I was hooked at the onset when the cop becomes a convicted murderer. It just gets more intense and incredible from there. To say anymore would necessitate spoilers so I encourage you to grab this novel and enjoy.
