The comedy had me rolling over in my grave 😂. It was really to die for.

The voice acting is atrocious. Jeff Hayes is annoying as always, and the female is god awful. Why would you purposefully make your voice that high pitch. The main character was fine.

man, this was awesome. come on book 3!! Story and writing were top notch and the voice acting 10/10. Soundbooth Theater rocks oh, and platypus.

I have fully enjoyed it.Book one and book two of Riftside. I can’t wait for book three.

The book wasn’t particularly good to start with, but the most annoying part was an error I’ve never encountered before. Every time I paused the book, it would go to chapter 13 and start playing from there. Good performance but not for me. Humor didn’t hit, story arc very plain jane (there is even a tournament arc), and the bigger picture setup feels either way to obvious or very red herring.

This is yet another killer book just waiting on audible to release the next one. impatiently waiting for that release.

Macronomicom runs down some unusual thoughts but always frames it interestingly. This ones different frame but same great methodology come i have come to really enjoy his flare. looking forward to more of this one.
