The book is a slogan. it just takes so much time to go anywhere. It’s kinda likeable but the constant romance scenes drive me crazy. I get it the MC really likes the girl. I only have 4 hours left of the book and have decided its just a waste of my time.

I’m sorry that the Mc is a good person who wants to prevent death and is not a psychopath or a sociopath????? Yeah the Mc does everything in her power to stop deaths. (not going to spoil how) That is not a bad thing????

I love the book had closure and has a whole story arch. it’s not just oh here’s a bunch of build up and join us next time for next book. it’s quite fulfilling

I will give it to the author, they had an interesting approach here. the characters are just distinctly uninteresting. The protagonist is a crossover between The Doctor and every evil wizard you’ve ever read, which doesn’t make him very compelling in my book. Most other characters are flat without much going on for them.

proformance was flawless was a fun listen, my only complaint was the MC her self, she is far to naive for my taste, the paranoia was bit annoying but on track for a rabbit.

Overall liked the story. My only issue is when Jeff gets a bit too much into making the monster voices. Literally could not understand what was said (wasn’t an accent issue btw) , had to purchase the book to understand what amounted to 20 lines of dialog. I love what soundbooth does to make books..
