The generic, gritty voice actor made all men sound like soldiers of fortune, with no differences. Poor production almost ruined a great story.

A fantastic listen. It’s already a great story but the reader adds just the slightest touch to add different voices for each character, which really makes the cenobites shine hear.

it is absolutely unbelievable how horrible the narrator is. weird uncalled for inflections and weird pronunciations. I’m genuinely upset at whoever chose that guy

Heads up to anyone listening to this, there’s a very intense SA scene in the first book of this set and the book brings it back up constantly. Other than the shock of that I’ve loved this books.

started out slow struggle to keep listening too much illustrating on small things made the story longer but I enjoyed listening to it and I loved the way it ended

It’s an interesting story and the narrator does a good job. A different perspective on the time continuum style wars.

Spoiler but this is disgustingly rape heavy. There’s no need for it, it doesn’t further the plot any. a lot of strange sexy time, just a strange book and very very dry narration almost like the narrator was reading this as a community service job.
