Where is this going?

Review from Flux →

I’m three hours in and I’m not going any further. Nothing about this has really hooked me. The writing is weak, the dialogue, the science, meh. I’m not sure where all the good reviews came from. I’m going to return this one.

shockingly good story

The continuation of the solar clipper series book 2 of 6.The story has no major battles of the martial kind. It’s a surprising story of Ishmael age 19 growing up in a strange future world I can easily see being real. shockingly fun read.

Still a good book but enjoy the first one more.

The first few Starship’s Mage books were fine as schlocky action sci-fi but the whole Keepers of Oaths and Secrets arc proves how out of his depth Stewart is. Every character is an absolute moron, Damien was never a super genius but his one specialty is..

Interesting, very slice of life.

Review from Quarter Share →

If you ever like slice of life anime, manga or light novels, this will not disappoint. Think “Spice and wolf” but with ships in space. The book was over before I knew it. It was weirdly engrossing. I guess that I’m on to book 2.
