I really enjoy this series, especially since it is on audible plus for free. There is no swearing and no explicit sex. This is not a high action adventure series. But I really enjoy the story.

Reasonably well written but not very original. Characters are as deep as action movie characters, and the plot tracks as you would suspect that it would. If you are looking for gun-porn fiction with a slight sci-fi bent… this might be for you.
