This was a great break from reality but still edgy and full of team combat operations. Loved the narrator, perfect voice! Paraclete Consulting Group

The first part of the book is awkward and slow, the author showing his lack of experience in novel writing. However, once the story gets going and the inciting incident occurs the author also shows his natural talent and clear vision for this exciting story! A must read for any sci-fi or giant monster fan!
Decent novel, but not a ton of depth. The plot is pretty simple, with a kind of repeating cycle that brings new random violence and action each time. The protagonist was okay, but kind of flat and predictable. More action than sci fi, expect weapons to be talked about with a great degree of detail..

This one did not disappoint. The story was engaging and kept you guessing until the very end. It was sexy, a little scary and great to listen to. I love the struggle between the two and the way they keep coming back together. I don’t typically care for male and female narration in the same..
How can we know who is speaking if you use the same voice? The main character and the cloak sound exactly the same.
It’s a cult classic and the narration was perfect . Interesting listening to this after all these years, I had a few chuckles as well. This was worth it, all 3 hours of it.
Another great action packed adventure from Jeremy and an excellent performance by Jeffrey Kafer. Well done!
started out pretty well, but got progressively worse. Plot just deteriorates and becomes increasingly more ridiculous. When we get to the “land of the Lost” remake, it actually becomes painful [picture: dinosaurs+ drones+ automatic weapons+mythical creature who enjoys pain and exists only to kill everything in its path] …i was actualIy yelling ‘wtf’ while listening..
If you would like to read a good story with this theme try “October the first is too late” by Fred Hoyle. Robinson’s book is repetitive and boring.
