This is formulaic, shallow, and a bit silly. I managed to finish it, but honestly I’m not sure why I bothered. It is an example of cookie-cutter writing designed to spawn a series filled with equally uninspiring characters. Oh, and clearly they watched predator way too many times.

I was’nt sure at first but as the story read on, the hidden humor hit home. Cheeky characters, great side stories, and grisly action. Nice escape.

Wow, what a great listen. This audio has plenty of action. Jeffrey did a great job with the narration. I would recommend this audio to young adult and older. The concept was quite imaginative and following creation backwards was intriguing.

Could not finish. Narrator’s cadence drove me crazy. Language of character’s didn’t fit situations. Main character was off the wall self important bragging bore. I loved the time travel concept. writing was very child like. sending back.

So I originally found this series after finishing Bernheimer’s D-List Supervillain and Dead Eye runs. I love Kafer’s glib, wise cracking narration married to super hero genre satire. Philip’s story telling is hilarious, so the combination makes for wonderfully satire with a few fun devices thrown in for running quips. Just what the doctor ordered..
