At first I was very distracted by the film noir detective tone of the narrator. So much so, I missed the great pace and tone of the book. Once I settled into the style the story held me tight.

There needs to be another book (or more) in this story. Seriously, and without sounding threatening……..very soon …..or else……lolok, what I meant was “Please”.
