At the end of book one, there was a pretty major plot twist that continues to twist in book two. At the end of the day, you never know who you can trust, and this book was a whirlwind of action and intrigue. Well done story, and excellent narration. Loved it!

Loved the slow burn of mounting tension and crisis. The time travel creeps up on you and is handled carefully and imaginatively, with a mythologic ambition. Taken a tiny bit too far? Maybe:) But it all turns out satisfactory.
