The author has gone from being amusing to being a 13 year old edge-lord that makes C.T. Phipps look restrained in his use of culture references, product placement, and breaking the fourth wall.

I enjoyed it much better the second time around. I just honestly dont like the direction the story takes in this one.

I’m too lazy to make this a cohesive review, so here are my random thoughts. We did the fantasy genre in the first book and book two goes into the comic book world. I’m hoping the next book will be about the Horror genre. Can you see Jackson picking apart Freddy, Jason, and those creepy..

What a great read! I laughed so hard my husband begged me to let him listen. Andi is one of my favourite narrators and she outdid herself again!

so I’m half way through the second book without the slightest hint of ANY action through any of it….. Person relationships are literally the only thing these books are about. I almost always finish a book, but damn….. it’s not even exciting personal drama. .. the writing is good though… I’m out.

I kept waiting for the exciting part. It is all blah-blah. It is all this guy did this and this guy did that. This person thinks this and that.
