Why? Seems like the author may have been bored with writing books that adults enjoyed, so writing for 12 year olds’ sense of humor prevailed.

If you’re looking for anecdotal evidence on what drives us, this book is worth the listen.

I’ve read all The Frontiers Saga and part 2. They are very entertaining and written well.

These books are hysterical! There were so many places that I’d find myself laughing so loudly and not caring where I was or who was seeing me! Great series. And the narration was top notch!
