Wonderfully funny book. Especially if you have done any gaming. Loved the swapping perspective as each chapter told a view of the defense of a Earth. The last few chapters were the best, the speech and interview. I had to leave Panera Bread because I was laughing uncontrollably.

I really enjoyed this series. Good character and world building. After book one I was vested in the characters. I was able to listen and read for free via Kindle unlimited.

Funny! Reading this book was fun, but listening to the audio version was laugh-out-loud fun. The narrators did an amazing job of capturing the humor of the characters. Next, I want to see this as a movie!
thoroughly enjoyed the book from start to end, but I didn’t understand the last scene with Ivan. definitely not a book for the kids.

Narration was great. Author had me laughing through out the book. Can’t wait for the sequel.
I like the author, and I like a lot of his writing, but the series ending feels a bit like the last season of Lost. It falls apart at the end. The last half of this book felt tortured and forced.
